CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF REQUESTED BY SPEAKING WITH A REPRESENTATIVE – NO EMAIL, TEXT OR VOICEMAIL CANCELATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN THE 24 HOUR PERIOD PRIOR TO AN EVENT.
STAFFED EVENTS: CANCELLATIONS MADE 7 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT DATE, WILL RECEIVE A 100% REFUND. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 3 – 6 DAYS MAY INCUR A 15% FEE. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS TO THE EVENT WILL INCUR A 25% FEE.
